We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Test Consultant with at least 3-4 years of hands-on experience in testing complex projects for large clients. The ideal candidate will have direct experience executing and managing test activities for CRM applications (Salesforce base is a plus), middleware, web applications, and enterprise solutions. The role requires strong expertise in test strategy definition, execution, and planning, as well as the ability to oversee and mentor junior resources. Additionally, the candidate must be able to effectively coordinate and lead progress meetings with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies for large-scale enterprise applications.
• Lead and coordinate testing activities across different teams and stakeholders.
• Conduct hands-on functional, integration, and regression testing on CRM, middleware, and web applications.
• Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating closely with development teams for resolution.
• Support and mentor junior testers, promoting best practices in test management.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in software testing.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Organize and lead progress meetings with both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and risk mitigation.
• Communicate test results, risk assessments, and project updates effectively to key stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar technical-scientific discipline.
• Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience in test projects.
• Experience testing middleware, web applications, and enterprise solutions.
• Familiarity with test management tools such as JIRA, Xray, TestRail, ALM, etc.
• Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or similar.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings and present findings effectively.
• Risk management skills to proactively identify and mitigate potential project issues.
• ISTQB Foundation certification.
• ISTQB Advanced and/or Specialist certifications (Test Manager, Test Analyst, Technical Test Analyst, etc.).
• Experience in test automation (Selenium, Appium, Tosca, UFT, or similar tools).
• Experience with performance testing methodologies.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation integration.
• Hands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Background in CRM testing (Salesforce experience is a plus).
