We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a recruiter with hands-on experience who wants to own the full hiring cycle, partner closely with clients, and deepen their expertise in tech recruitment within a dynamic, fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned roles, from intake and sourcing to offer extension.
  • Partner with hiring managers and clients to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines.
  • Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies across multiple channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, job boards, communities, databases, referrals).
  • Conduct in-depth screening and competency-based interviews, assessing technical fit, motivation, and culture alignment.
  • Present shortlisted candidates to clients with clear, well-structured feedback and recommendations.
  • Manage offer negotiations and act as a trusted advisor for both candidates and clients throughout the process.
  • Keep the ATS and candidate database accurate, organized, and up to date.
  • Deliver a consistently positive candidate experience through clear and timely communication at every stage.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in an agency or fast-paced in-house environment.
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Solid understanding of tech roles and the ability to screen technical profiles (e.g. software engineering, data, DevOps, QA).
  • Advanced sourcing skills, including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and professionalism.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage a demanding workload in a dynamic environment.
  • Collaborative mindset, positive attitude, and a genuine interest in people.
