We are looking for a Procurement Officer to join our Procurement Department and support the company’s technical procurement activities, ensuring the timely and efficient sourcing of materials, equipment and services in line with project requirements, technical specifications and company procedures.

Responsibilities

Support the timely preparation and issuance of Requests for Quotation (RFQs) to suppliers.
Collect, review and evaluate technical and commercial offers.
Prepare comparative tables including cost analysis, payment terms, technical comments, quality criteria and other relevant parameters to support procurement recommendations and approval processes.
Communicate with suppliers to clarify technical specifications, commercial terms and delivery requirements.
Create and register purchase orders in the company’s ERP system.
Monitor agreed delivery schedules and keep the relevant departments informed regarding deliveries, receipt and inspection of materials.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records, including quotations, contracts, amendments and related purchase orders.
Participate in supplier meetings and, when required, visit supplier facilities or company/project sites.
Perform basic checks to ensure that materials and equipment comply with the relevant technical specifications.
Work closely with the Technical and Finance Departments in the preparation of the annual procurement budget.
Support the annual supplier evaluation process.
Assist with other procurement-related activities according to project and departmental requirements.

Requirements

Procurement

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
0–3 years of professional experience in procurement; experience in a technical, construction or industrial environment will be considered an advantage.
Ability to understand and work with technical drawings, specifications and documentation.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Previous experience with ERP systems (e.g. SoftOne) will be considered an advantage.
Good command of English.
Negotiation skills and a commercial mindset.
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
