APPROACH is an IT services company. Our people work on projects for large organisations, mainly in banking and financial services. We are growing our team and are looking for a Software Tester who wants to develop their career on demanding, real-world projects.

Responsibilities

Design and execute test cases (functional, regression, integration) based on project requirements.
Log and track defects in tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps through to resolution.
Work closely with developers, business analysts and product owners in Agile/Scrum teams.
Contribute to test automation and to the maintenance of existing automated tests.
Help improve the team's quality assurance processes.

Requirements

Quality Assurance

1–2 years of experience in software testing / QA.
Good understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and core testing techniques.
Experience writing test cases and reporting defects.
Analytical thinking, attention to detail and good communication skills.
Very good command of English

Good to have

Knowledge of Selenium WebDriver or similar test automation tools.
Basic programming skills (Java, Python or JavaScript).
Experience with API testing (e.g. Postman) and basic SQL.
ISTQB Foundation Level certification.
Experience on banking sector projects.
