1) Enterprise Performance Management Stream
In this stream, you will focus on:
• Supporting Planning & Control activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
• Working on Data Integration from source systems (e.g. ERP, Data Platforms) into EPM solutions and from EPM towards other applications or staging areas.
• Supporting Project Governance for Finance transformation programs (tracking initiatives, preparing status reports, supporting stakeholders).
You will learn how to design, configure, and support EPM solutions that improve the way Finance plans, consolidates, and reports performance.
2) Planning / Accounting FSI – AI Augmented
In this stream, you will focus on:
• Supporting Planning & Accounting initiatives in the Financial Services industry (FSI), including planning cycles, accounting processes, and performance measurement.
• Analyzing and structuring financial data to support regulatory, reporting, and management requirements.
• Collaborating on solution design and documentation for Finance Transformation projects in FSI.
• Using based tools to automate tasks, build small utilities, and enhance analysis and documentation workflows.
You will apply Finance knowledge and analytical skills in combination with AI-enabled tooling, learning how to integrate agent AI platforms into Finance Transformation work.
3) Integration & Data Analytics for Finance Stream
In this stream, you will focus on:
• Designing and implementing data integration flows between source systems (e.g. ERP, core banking, operational applications, data platforms) and target Finance / EPM / Analytics solutions.
• Working with ETL/ELT tools, APIs, and scripting languages to move, transform, and expose financial data and to define data models that ensure accuracy and consistency for reporting and planning.
• Supporting the design and maintenance of interface technical components and cloud-based data architectures (including data lakehouse environments) that enable Finance Transformation solutions to work reliably end-to-end.
• Participating in the design and implementation of Business Intelligence and Data Analytics solutions (e.g. Qlik, Power BI, Tableau, etc.), creating interactive dashboards and analytical reports that translate Finance requirements into clear, intuitive visual outputs.
• Collaborating with functional Finance and technology teams to translate business requirements into clear technical integration specifications and implementations.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, IT / Computer Science, or a related field.
• Communication Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Technical Foundation:
• Solid financial accounting and controlling background for Planning/Accounting FSI and EPM streams.
• Basic understanding of programming languages (e.g. Python, SQL).
Market Tools & Platforms Knowledge:
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.
• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team, while also working independently when needed.

• Proficiency in Italian
• For the Integration stream, familiarity with ETL/ELT tools, APIs, data platforms, and database concepts
• Exposure to EPM, BI, or ERP platforms (e.g. Oracle EPM, Tagetik, Anaplan, Board, SAP, etc.)
• Knowledge of ETL tools (e.g. ODI, FDMEE, Informatica, etc.) and integration concepts, especially for the Integration stream
