Basic Information

On behalf of our partner, a well-established company in the learning and development sector based in Athens, we are looking for a Junior Learning Platform Specialist to support the Digital Learning team in the operation of digital learning platforms and the delivery of e-learning projects for corporate clients.

Responsibilities

Act as a point of contact during client onboarding, preparing supporting materials and handling day-to-day client correspondence.
Set up and test new features and configurations on the learning platforms, after receiving full training.
Administer user accounts, groups and access levels, and assign learning content to the right audiences.
Track project progress through task lists and boards, making sure every status is accurate and current.
Pull platform reports and turn usage data into clear, simple insights using Excel.

Around 1–3 years of hands-on experience supporting platforms, systems or operations, preferably in a learning, HR, SaaS or project coordination setting.
Advanced user of Excel, quick to pick up and navigate online business tools.
Fluent in Greek and English, with a confident, professional writing style for client communication.
Methodical and well organized, someone who enjoys working with clear processes and well-defined workflows.
Dependable and consistent, keeping deadlines, follow-ups and records firmly on track.
