We are looking for a Service Business Processes Supervisor to join our team!
Job Purpose: Business process owner for systems/platforms used by the Service Organization, with main tasks:
- Lead the implementation of service systems and platforms.
- Collect and analyze business requirements for Field Service and Refurbishment activities.
- Configure systems and platforms to meet operational needs.
- Test new developments before they go live.
- Provide high-level support to local service teams.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of service reports.
- Help local service teams stabilize operations during kick-off or in emergencies, stepping into local operating roles (Service Network or Refurbishment Supervisor) when needed.
