You’ll work with SQL, ETL tools, Python and more, on modern data platforms, building data pipelines, shaping clean datasets, and supporting innovative Data and AI projects that push the boundaries of how businesses use data.
We will actively guide and support your induction to the world of professional Data Engineering and Analytics, giving you time time to develop your skills and adapt to the role.

The Data and Analytics Engineer will be involved in the following activities in 3 pillars:
I. Data Engineering:
Extract, transform, cleanse, and enrich data from diverse sources
Build and maintain data pipelines using SQL and Python
Design and implement relational databases, data warehouses, and data marts
II. Analytics & Insights:
Organize and classify data to enable smarter decisions
Explore datasets to recognize trends, patterns, and correlations
Deliver reporting, visualizations, and data storytelling
III. AI & Innovation:
Support projects involving LLMs and AI tools, leveraging modern tools both open-source and commercial
Connect data with AI-powered systems to provide insights
Strong SQL skills (querying, transformations, performance optimization)
Proficiency in Python
Degree in Informatics, Sciences, or Engineering
Familiarity with AI/ML/LLM tools (e.g. Azure AI Foundry, Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI APIs)
Ability to understand, extend, or design a relational data model
Problem-solving attitude and analytical mindset
Interest in understanding the business problems behind the data
Good communication and interpersonal skills
English at C1 level or above

Previous hands-on experience in data-related projects (academic or professional)
Postgraduate degree in Business Analytics, Data Engineering, Applied Statistics, or related fields
Certifications from platforms such as Coursera, eDX, Udacity, or DataCamp
Exposure and familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Contributions to GitHub projects, Kaggle competitions, or other open-source/data communities

Step 2: Video Interview - Discussion about the company, the position, the candidate's CV and a basic technical assessment in SQL and Python
Step 3: Onsite Interview and Assessment - A deeper technical assessment on a real business scenario
