Basic Information

On behalf of our client, an established company in the dental sector, we are looking for an Accounting Supervisor to lead the accounting function and ensure accurate, timely financial recording and reporting. You will oversee the accounting team, manage credit control and tax compliance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.

Responsibilities

Guide and evaluate the accounting team, ensuring correct and timely accounting entries.
Manage credit control and collections, and perform customer and supplier reconciliations.
Prepare and monitor the monthly budget, cash flow, interim balance sheets, and aged balances (management reporting).
Review income and expense submissions on MyData.
Handle costing and inventory valuation.
Manage treasury operations and relationships with banks.
Ensure tax compliance, VAT, withholdings, settlements, E1/E3, and intra-community transactions.
Coordinate with external auditors during annual financial audits, manage audit findings, and implement corrective actions.
Improve internal controls, processes, and ERP systems, and support funded programs.

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
Ability to lead a team and collaborate with external partners and certified auditors.
Very good command of English.
