FRIGO KLIMA S.A., an importer and distributor of commercial refrigeration equipment and spare parts based in Metaxourgeio, is hiring a full-time refrigeration/technical sales professional. The role involves serving customers at the counter and by phone, handling orders, providing technical product support, and promoting company products.
Responsibilities
Customer service at the counter and by phone
Receiving and managing orders
Technical customer support in selecting suitable products and spare parts
Promoting the company's products
Developing and maintaining the customer portfolio
Requirements
Microsoft Excel
Sales Management
Technical Support
Degree or studies related to Refrigeration, Air Conditioning or Mechanical Engineering (EPAL, IEK, AEI or equivalent)
Knowledge of English
Good computer skills with Outlook, Word and Excel
Driving license
Completed military service obligations
Reliability, responsibility and good communication with customers
