Mission: Be Responsible for One Department of Sports in our Decathlon Store
Store operation : Working with our store manager, my teammates and I will guarantee the store daily operation jobs
My products
- I control the stock and guarantee the budget of the stock rotation
- I work directly in a store’s department with my team, with the best layout to welcome our customers
My Customers: With my team, I provide professional sales service, technical sports and product advice to customers
My team :I hire, train, and manage my sales advisors team on a daily basis and help them to achieve their professional targets.
My Performance
- I pilot my activities in terms of turnover, margins, expenses and profitability,
