We are looking for an E-Shop Administrator who will be part of the Marketing team.

Managing the daily operations of the eshop
Customer Service over the phone, Social Media and email
Organizing and executing customer orders on daily basis
Resolving customer issues
Responding to telephone and internet queries and ensuring the effective communication with the customers
Managing returns and quality control
Control shipping and payment methods
Follow up the online payments and managing refunds on weekly basis
Assisting on creating products descriptions for the site
Supporting visual merchandising requirements and website management
Export and display eshop statistics

Approximately 2-3 years of proven experience in eCommerce (ideally in fashion or beauty industry)
Front-end development experience
Excellent knowledge of the English language
Good knowledge of M.S. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Willing to work in a flexible environment where multitasking is needed
Needs to be self-reliant, hands-on and willing to be accountable for his/her area of responsibility
Needs to have flexible communication style, good work ethics and a team spirit approach
