Responsibilities

If you can't imagine what exactly your role will be, let us say:

30% Management of the Issue and Support of Itinerary tickets
10% Management of our WEB Itinerary Application
15% Social Media Marketing of our Tourism Applications and Services
25% Direct Sales and Promotion of our Tourism Applications and Services
20% Web Development activities / Maintenance both for Internal and External Projects

More specifically you will be:

Responsible for the management and support of our Ferry Ticket Application
Run the Help Desk for the Ferry Ticket Services
Promote our Tourism Services via Social & Digital Media as well as with Direct Sales and Marketing activities
Participate in Web Development Projects

Requirements

University Degree in Computer Science
Interest in Customer Support
Interest in Digital Marketing and Sales
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
Right to register as unemployed with OAED (all graduates who are unemployed can register with OAED)
