G.N.T. Information Systems S.A., an IT company specialized in the development of large scale, custom enterprise software applications, is seeking αν Advertising Sales Agent.

The position regards an opening in a new and fast-growing portal, specializing in news about job-finding in both the public and private sector, business opportunities for entrepreneurs, postgraduate studies and various other sections, and is located in Holargos-Athens. G.N.T. has developed the tech platform for the portal, and contributes actively in its operation.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Locate and contact potential clients to offer advertising services
Explain to clients how specific types of advertising will help promote their products or services in the most effective way possible
Provide clients with estimates of the costs of advertising products or services
Meet with clients and prospective clients at their places of business
Process all correspondence and paperwork related to accounts
Analyze sales statistics and prepare reports about clients’ accounts
Draft contracts, which specify the cost and the advertising work to be done
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to new and existing clients
Prepare promotional plans, sales literature and sales contracts
Recommend appropriate sizes and formats for advertising

Remuneration comprises a combination of monthly salary and an attractive bonus system.

Requirements

Ability to communicate excellently both in written and verbal forms
Ability to complete tasks and responsibilities independently with limited or no supervision at all
Ability to multitask and prioritize duties
Ability to work under pressure and deliver top quality jobs consistently
Bachelor’s degree in communication, Internet marketing, or in other related field
Possess positive attitude, sound judgement, and top level professionalism.
Possess team spirit and be able to interact professionally and otherwise with other members of staff
Possess top class Internet proficiency
Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google DFP

Good to have

At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
