We are currently looking for a Primavera Specialist to join our Project Controls team part of our Operations & Control Division in our Athens Offices.

 

By joining this role, you’ll play a vital role in building and monitoring the timeline of a project in execution phase as well as supporting proposals when building the time schedule.

Responsibilities

Your role will encompass:

  • Follow EPC projects from the proposal phase (develop baseline time-schedule) to the execution phase, including Engineering, Procurement, Commissioning etc.
  • Develop and manage schedules, goals, and objectives for projects.
  • Make sure stakeholders are being kept informed of project milestones. Deadlines and progress. Document the project planning processes and changes and maintain records that can be referred to later.
  • Obtain, review & approve detailed time schedule and WBS of subcontractors/ partner’s/supplier’s etc and integrate time schedules to the projects master schedule.
  • Monitor the activities/manage the performance of the construction effort.
  • Keep records of changes/have a good version management of the time-schedule and all related documentation.
  • Timely highlight important deviations from plan to the project management team and suggest corrective actions.
  • Create various KPIs to facilitate achievement of project plan.
  • Generate and provide various performance status reports, milestone reports graphs and charts both for internal and external reporting and decision making.
  • Resource-load and cost-load the time-schedule and work closely with Cost Controller to help monitor progress of costs and any deviations timely.

Requirements

Engineering
  • 3+ years in a similar position. With time-schedule creation responsibilities and use of P6.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • Professional certification in project management will be considered an asset.
  • Excellent use of Primavera.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Critical and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Team Spirit.
  • Proactive culture.
  • Technical understanding of power projects.
