Our team is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Entersoft Consultant to join us in Athens/Patra/Thessaloniki. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting ERP, CRM, and WMS solutions based on Entersoft platforms.

Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and translate them into Entersoft ERP, CRM, or WMS solutions.
Implement and configure Entersoft applications to meet client needs.
Provide training and technical support to end-users.
Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring successful execution of implementations.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Entersoft systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Entersoft features and updates to provide the best service to clients.

Requirements

CRM

Enterprise Resource Planning

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
2+ years of experience working with Entersoft solutions (ERP, CRM, WMS).
Strong understanding of business processes and how they relate to ERP systems.
Experience with Entersoft implementation and configuration.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
