Basic Information

We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Engagement Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our talent database and ensuring efficient and effective connections between candidates and job opportunities.

 *This position will be filled via the Public Employment Service, therefore registration in the DYPA (OAED) is mandatory to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively search for candidates who meet specific job criteria using various sourcing techniques
  • Accurately input and maintain candidate data in the applicant tracking system
  • Prepare detailed candidate profile reports based on interview notes and evaluations
  • Communicate with candidates to verify and update their profiles on the platform

  • A degree in Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency with digital tools and computer systems (e.g., Excel, Google Drive)
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and professional communication abilities
  • High level of precision in all tasks
