You should expect two sessions with our Tech Lead: one on getting to know each other, discussing company values and goals, showcasing your work, and presenting a take-at-home aptitude test (duration 1hr); then a second one where you’ll present your approach on the test (duration < 1hr), discuss trade-offs and interesting implementation details. After that, you’ll take an online, at your own pace and setting, short talent and personality test (0.5hr), which you’ll get to expand on with our CEO (1hr).
