We are looking is looking for right candidate to fill an open position to work as Softone Senior ERP Consultant at our Athens office in Business Software Applications Division. This role requires in-depth knowledge of ERP systems, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to guide multiple implementations in various business areas.

Responsibilities

As a Senior ERP Consultant, you will participate in the full ERP implementation lifecycle, from requirements analysis to final delivery, user training, and post-go-live support:

Provide consulting analysis of clients' business needs and design tailored ERP solutions.
Provide consulting and implementation services for ERP/CRM projects
Manage and oversee ERP projects from initiation to completion.
Deliver training and technical support to ERP system users.
Customize and optimize ERP systems to meet specific client requirements.
Collaborate with various departments (Sales, Finance, Procurement, etc.) to ensure smooth ERP integration.
Troubleshoot technical issues and stay up-to-date with ERP industry advancements.

Requirements

Enterprise Resource Planning

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
At least 2 years of professional experience with SoftOne ERP and relevant certification.
Professional experience in ERP implementation and management (SoftΟne, Entersoft, Epsilon, etc.).
Strong ability to analyze complex business problems and propose solutions.
Proven experience in ERP project management and cross-functional team collaboration.
Excellent understanding of business processes and ERP/CRM software requirements
Excellent communication skills and customer-focused approach.
