Responsibilities
Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Provide technical support to staff via phone, email, and in-person
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications
Escalates issues to internal or external second level support
Follows end-user requests on the Helpdesk Portal
Perform routine maintenance and updates on systems and softwareÂ
