We are currently looking for an Account Manager (Portuguese) to join our team!

Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and content creators.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
Growth Opportunities: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client accounts and enhance business relationships.
Client Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by consistently meeting or exceeding expectations.
Reports and Presentations: Prepare detailed reports, offers, and presentations tailored to client needs.
Documentation and Communication: Draft professional emails and contracts to facilitate smooth communication and agreements.
CRM Management: Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accurate client and project tracking.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deliver outstanding results.

Fluency in Portuguese is required.
Familiarity with social media trends, CRM systems, and online marketing tools.
Strong analytical abilities to assess and optimize campaigns.
Problem-solving skills to address challenges effectively.
Independent working capability in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
