Troubleshooting and Maintenance:
- Perform in-depth analysis to identify and resolve complex network issues, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime.
- Conduct regular updates, patches, and audits on networking equipment.
- Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, processes, and incident resolutions.
Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement networking solutions for IT and business projects.
- Provide advanced technical support to internal teams and clients, addressing escalated networking issues.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing knowledge of best practices and advanced techniques.
Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
- Stay updated on the latest networking technologies, trends, and certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNP, Fortinet NSE certifications, or equivalent).
- Evaluate and recommend new networking tools, technologies, and vendors.
