The company is seeking an IT Support Specialist to lead IT administration and technical strategy. In this key role, the selected candidate will ensure the seamless operation of systems while driving innovation and efficiency across the IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Set up, configure, and maintain IT equipment (laptops, VPNs, peripherals) for in-house and remote teams
  • Install and manage software for clients, ensuring smooth deployment
  • Maintain and improve IT infrastructure, including Windows and Linux systems
  • Monitor and troubleshoot VPN connectivity and remote work issues
  • Upgrade and manage backup systems, disaster recovery plans, antivirus, and firewalls.
  • Create and implement IT policies, processes, and documentation
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve IT incidents and implement solutions
  • Support new software rollouts and coordinate with developers
  • Mentor junior IT staff and share technical expertise

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
  • 3+ years of IT support experience
  • Strong skills in Microsoft systems, Azure, and cloud technologies
  • Knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN), security protocols, and hardware
  • Experience with virtualization tools like Hyper-V
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and networks
  • Familiar with server management, backups, and IT security
  • Experience with the implementation of disaster recovery solutions
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
