We're looking for an Account Manager to join our team to grow our Employer Branding & Learning business line. If you thrive on negotiations, and building long-term customer relations, we want to meet you! 

Responsibilities

As an Account Manager at linq, you'll be:
  • Business Grower: Identify growth opportunities within new and existing accounts. Meet sales quotas by onboarding new clients and upselling and reselling existing ones.
  • Client Guru: Serve as the ultimate point of contact for all customer account matters. Be the bridge between clients and our internal teams.
  • Relationship Builder: Establish and nurture robust, long-term relationships with clients. Become their go-to for all things business.
  • Service Maestro: Fully understand our array of services. Personalize and pitch custom offers to clients to meet their unique needs.

  • 1-3 years of experience in a B2B Sales role preferably in the recruitment, marketing or technology sector
  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable using various software tools
  • Fluent in English

  • Empathy to understand customer needs and negotiation skills
