We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Client Support & Yacht Viewings: Assist brokers during client viewings, yacht surveys, and inspections (domestically and internationally). Accompany clients on sea trials, prepare condition reports, and support crew members and owners in creating inventory lists.
  • Listings Coordination: Maintain and update the company’s central listing database, ensuring yacht specifications and images are current across the website and international portals. Respond to broker and client inquiries, while also compiling market intelligence to support business development.
  • CRM Administration: Become an expert in our HubSpot CRM system, supporting and training the team on CRM features and processes. Manage contact lists, update client data, create email and landing page templates, and ensure seamless integration with the company website and external partner sites.

  • 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Comfortable with digital technologies and learning new systems.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Proven analytical skills for conducting market research.
  • A general interest in yachting, including an understanding of yacht types, propulsion systems, cruising destinations, and key market leaders.
  • Experience interacting with high-net-worth individuals (HNWI), demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
