The company mainly focuses on the residential sector exhibiting an outstanding track record in projects of urban properties and holiday homes in renowned tourism destinations.

We are seeking for a highly motivated Business Developer to join our team.

Responsibilities

Developing a sales strategy to achieve the company’s sales goals.
Establishing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential partners/real estate agents.
Monitoring competition, industry trends and conducting market research reports.
Preparing sales reports and forecasts for senior management - monitoring KPIs and key metrics to track. progress towards sales targets and identify areas for improvement.
Conducting property viewings and presentations to potential buyers and investors.
Collaborating with marketing department to implement promotional activities and campaigns.

Requirements

Sales

Sales Management

Minimum 3 years of working experience
Goal-oriented with a proven track record of driving sales growth and managing customer relationships.
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
Willingness to travel (mainly within Greece).
