We are seeking a dedicated and organized Financial & Operations Officer to provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the company's daily activities.

Responsibilities

Office & Operations Management: Oversee the operations of the Alexandroupolis, Perama, and Sapes offices, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Land Acquisition & Stakeholder Engagement: Negotiate with landowners and manage the acquisition of fields within the project area while resolving conflicts.
Financial Oversight: Assist in preparing budgets, monitoring payments, managing cashflow, and compiling monthly operational and financial reports.
Permitting & Compliance: Represent the company in local authorities to address permitting issues and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory frameworks.
Team Support & HR Coordination: Manage HR processes, including hiring, termination, and scheduling, and provide administrative support to teams across locations.
Contract & Productivity Monitoring: Supervise contracts and monitor the performance of consultants and contractors to control productivity and costs.

University Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field.
Previous experience in similar position.
Excellent command of Greek and English.
Discretion in handling confidential information.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of budget management and accounting principles.
