Sales BO Interns will focus on supporting sales back office tasks in retailer facing (B2B) and in end-consumer facing (B2C) activities!
Responsibilities
 Standard E2E order processÂ
Respond to and support business queries and/or requests from B2B and B2C customers (e.g., price and availability requests)Â
Manage retailer mail inbox, retailer brochure orders, retailer price tag ordersÂ
Follow up order status and deliveries (B2B & B2C), including post-purchase satisfaction callsÂ
Manage and follow up on orders, scheduling etc., with regards to Project BusinessÂ
Data ManagementÂ
Data management for customers/retailersÂ
OthersÂ
Assist Sales and Marketing teams with processesÂ
Order handling and error resolutionÂ
Provide administrative support for Field Sales and Finance TeamsÂ
