Basic Information

Sales BO Interns will focus on supporting sales back office tasks in retailer facing (B2B) and in end-consumer facing (B2C) activities!

Responsibilities

 Standard E2E order process 
  • Respond to and support business queries and/or requests from B2B and B2C customers (e.g., price and availability requests) 
  • Manage retailer mail inbox, retailer brochure orders, retailer price tag orders 
  • Follow up order status and deliveries (B2B & B2C), including post-purchase satisfaction calls 
  • Manage and follow up on orders, scheduling etc., with regards to Project Business 

Data Management
 
  • Data management for customers/retailers 

Others
 
  • Assist Sales and Marketing teams with processes 
  • Order handling and error resolution 
  • Provide administrative support for Field Sales and Finance Teams 

Requirements

Communication Skills
Microsoft Office
Organizational Skills
Teamwork
  • Bachelor or equivalent higher education preferred 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills 
  • Assertiveness, flexibility, resilience 
  • Good Team-player 
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, experience with SAP and/or similar systems also preferred
