During your role as a Senior SAP ABAP Developer, you will focus on the accountable and proactive execution of assigned projects, aligning priorities and objectives to client’s needs, exhibiting full ownership regarding quality of own work and showing your personal commitment to our purpose “make an impact that matters”.

Responsibilities

During your tenure, you will demonstrate and develop the ability to:

Implement and deploy complex SAP solutions in the areas of Financials, Supply Chain and Logistics, Enterprise Performance Management and Industry Solutions;
Apply SAP and Deloitte methodologies, tools, and accelerators to support the implementation of SAP solutions;
Stay up to date with the SAP latest innovations, new products & enhancements and apply them accordingly to client issues when needed;
Obtain & maintain certifications in SAP areas of expertise;
Recognize technology as a business enabler and work with business analysts to understand business process and requirements;
Apply technology fundamentals to client situations;
Team with others to produce a high-quality work product to ensure a superior client experience;
Maintain a positive, professional attitude and adapt to changing priorities to instill confidence in team
Value and consider the diverse perspectives and backgrounds of colleagues and clients.

Requirements

Coding Languages

To qualify for the role you must have:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Natural Sciences, or another relevant field. Post-graduate degree will be considered a strong asset;
5+ years of ABAP programming experience, in most of the following areas: ABAP OO, Workflows, Classical/ALV/Interactive Reports, Web Services (REST SOAP), developing interfaces using ALE/IDoc's, Flat Files, RFC's, BAPI’s, Enhancements (BADIs, User Exits, BTE’s etc.), ABAP 7.4, CDS Views;
Ability/willingness to lead a team of developers in a project;
An adeptness in defining systems implementation strategy, conducting workshops and collecting user requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines;
Ability to implement technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team;
Ability to collaborate with clients, provide guidance on functionality, transfer knowledge, and train end-users;
Excellent command in spoken and written English and Greek language;
Team player with strong communication (written, verbal & presentation) and analytical skills;
Commitment to gaining exposure to multiple industries;
Ability to work under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor;
Military obligations fulfilled where applicable.
