We are seeking a motivated Technical Product Analyst to join our team and bridge the gap between the technical team and business stakeholders.
This role is ideal for someone with a technical background who thrives in Agile environments and has a knack for understanding complex requirements, turning them into actionable technical specifications, and facilitating seamless collaboration among development teams.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications and user stories.
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to design solutions for new features and product redesigns.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Organize and coordinate the development team, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Support efforts to reduce bugs and improve sprint accuracy and performance.
  • Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering clear communication.
  • Assist in refining team performance, testing, and bug tracking processes.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English.
  • 0–2 years of previous relevant work experience.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Creative mindset.
