As an MS365 Cloud Engineer at Office Line S.A., you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Microsoft 365 solutions to enhance productivity, security, and collaboration for our clients. You will work with Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. Your role involves troubleshooting, automation, and security enhancements, while staying up to date with the latest Microsoft technologies. Responsibilities

Deploy and Migrate: Establish new Microsoft 365 environments by reviewing and managing technical and business requirements. Execute assessment, migration, and implementation plans to transition from on-premises systems to Microsoft 365. Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
Enhance Security: Plan and implement security projects using Microsoft solutions
Optimize Processes: Improve internal efficiency and customer satisfaction by identifying opportunities to optimize processes and tools
Documentation and Support: Prepare technical documentation, own customer issues, research and resolve problems, and provide prompt feedback. Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues and follow the SLA for issues with respect to the severity
Collaboration: At Office Line, we work as a team- get ready to work very closely with your colleagues and Technical Lead for solving complex problems. Work in close collaboration with other ICC technical teams including (but not limited to) Information Security, Architecture, Technical Advisors etc. Occasionally participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation

Working experience in IT with a focus on Microsoft 365 technologies
Degree in Computer Science or related fields
High proficiency in Greek and English, both written and verbal
Familiarity with Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory, Exchange, Windows Servers & Clients
Strong interest in developing skills in the security and compliance of the Microsoft 365 platform
Exposure to on-premises to cloud migration projects
Experience in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Highly self-motivated and self-directed with a passion for learning and sharing knowledge
