As a Senior Presales Engineer specializing in Microsoft 365, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales by providing deep technical expertise, engaging with customers, and demonstrating the value of Microsoft 365 solutions. You will work closely with sales teams to understand client needs, design tailored solutions, and ensure successful implementation.

Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with the Technical Delivery and Sales teams to design, integrate, and propose solutions for Microsoft 365 environments.
Develop and lead high impact technology proposals, project scope, deliverables, and work plans
Interact and engage with executive stakeholders focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships
Assist customers with questions and suggest the best option/product/service for their needs
Create reports and presentations, providing insights and finalizing conclusions and recommendations for customers
Build strong relationships with customers that drive the expansion and adoption of the services

Requirements

Technology Needs Analysis

3+ years working experience in technology consulting or in designing technology solutions
University degree in Computer Science or other relevant fields
High quality of communication in Greek and English language, both in written and in verbal form
Extended knowledge of market trends, cloud technologies and innovative solutions
Expertise in building something from scratch and seeing it through; envisioning the big picture, setting goals, and developing solutions.
Ability to establish trust-based relationships and gain valuable insights through collaboration and communication.
Strong analytical skills, including understanding of business and technology depth and breadth to understand customer needs and shape transformation business cases
Ability to effectively lead and work with a variety of organizations, management levels and personalities
Assist other team members to produce high work quality for the clients
