Our client, a well-established law firm with a strong reputation in the Greek legal sector is seeking an Associate Lawyer specializing in Banking & Finance.The ideal candidate will have a solid background in banking and finance law, enjoy working in a collaborative environment, and seek professional growth within a forward-thinking team.

Responsibilities

Offer detailed legal guidance and assistance across multiple legal disciplines.
Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate contracts and other critical legal documents.
Ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulatory requirements.
Perform in-depth legal research and analysis to inform and support business strategies.
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to address legal concerns.
Stay informed about legislative updates and adjust policies and procedures accordingly.

Requirements

Banking Operations

Legal Writing

Bachelor’s degree from a Greek University, ideally from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens.
3-5 years of working experience.
Master’s degree in Business Law.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
A strong desire and willingness to work in the banking sector.
