We are looking for a highly motivated SAP Specialist to join our team at our headquarters in Athens. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP systems and experience providing technical support to end-users. This position reports directly to the ERP Manager (S/4 HANA).

Responsibilities

Manage configuration/customization changes of implementing modules.
Provide S/4 HANA functions’ optimizations for improving organization’s
effectiveness and productivity.
Define, execute test cases and coordinate respective UAT with key users.
Administration of application Users and Roles.
Support our end users on the functional everyday work of S/4 HANA,
Level1 Support
Handle tickets from end users and provide support.
Handle inquiries, troubleshooting issues, Level2 support.
Ticket Escalation / collaboration with 3 rd level support (S/4HANA Vendors).

Requirements

Enterprise Resource Planning

Financial Accounting

SQL

University degree in Computer Science or Business Administration or Information Systems or other relevant fields.
4 - 5 years of professional experience with SAP operational support.
Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA, including modules FI/CO/MM/SD or willingness to learn those modules.
Ability to troubleshoot issues, analyze business processes, and propose effective solutions.
Willingness to stay updated with SAP S/4HANA advancements and best practices.
Good command of the Greek and English language, both written and verbal.
Very good knowledge of Microsoft office.
Strong communication & teamworking skills.
