As a Technical Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of web-focused technical projects, ensuring they align with business goals and comply with industry needs. You will work closely with developers, product management, and business stakeholders ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans, roadmaps, and timelines for web development projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, GDPR, ISO 27001). 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define web project scope, track milestones, and manage risks proactively. 
  • Facilitate clear communication with the customers’ teams, ensuring alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
  • Drive Agile methodologies (Scrum) to optimize web application development and deployment processes.
  •  Ensure seamless coordination with third-party vendors and partners for web technology integrations. 
  • Monitor project performance. 
  • Define and implement best practices for web development projects, ensuring efficiency and scalability. 
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within web development workflows.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • 3+ years of experience in technical project management preferably within fintech, banking, or financial services, focusing on web projects. 
  • Strong understanding of web development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices. 
  • Basic knowledge of project management tools (JIRA) and collaboration platforms (Slack, GitHub). 
  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and the role they play in web-based fintech applications. 
  • Experience managing multiple web projects simultaneously, balancing priorities effectively. 
  • Strong analytical skills to assess project performance and make data-driven decisions.
