Basic Information

As a DevOps Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines using Microsoft Azure. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, optimize deployments, and ensure the highest levels of availability and security for our applications.

Responsibilities

Design and manage scalable, secure, and highly available Azure cloud infrastructure.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability.
Automate manual processes to increase operational efficiency.
Implement best practices for security, performance, and compliance in the cloud environment.
Stay up-to-date with the latest DevOps tools, practices, and technologies.
Prepare technical documentation on Microsoft Azure and related procedures.
Own customer issues and see them through to resolution.
Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot customer issues.
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues.
Prepare accurate and timely reports.
Follow SLAs based on issue severity.
At Office Line, we work as a team- get ready to work very closely with your colleagues and Technical Lead for solving complex problems.
Work in close collaboration with other ICC technical teams including (but not limited to) Information Security, Architecture, Technical Advisors etc.
Participate occasionally in a 24×7 on-call rotation

Requirements

Cloud Infrastructure

DevOps

University degree in Information Technology, Computer science or related field
Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer with expertise in Azure Cloud.
Solid understanding of cloud architecture, specifically Azure IaaS and PaaS services.
Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins, or other CI/CD tools.
Scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash).
Strong understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Hand-on Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Bicep).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
High quality of communication in Greek and English language, both in written and in verbal form.
