On behalf of our client, a leading construction company with main activities, the Design, and Implementation of Construction Projects (construction contracts), as well as Project Management (Design & Construction Management), we are looking for an Architect with experience in building permit issues.
Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling interior design concepts.
Develop detailed design plans (including but not limited to floor plans, elevations, material specifications, lighting layouts) Incorporate sustainable and environmentally friendly design principles into projects.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
Coordinate and collaborate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure the seamless execution of interior design projects.
Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in interior design.
Knowledge of Building Codes Regulation and Procedures of Building Permit Issue
