Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Product Specialist to join our Commercial Department in Nea Santa. In this role, you will be at the intersection of technical innovation and market needs, contributing to the development, testing, and application of our construction products and systems. Your hands-on expertise will ensure our solutions meet industry standards and deliver outstanding customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  •  Support the development and evaluation of new and existing construction products.
  • Conduct on site applications and test of construction materials to ensure reliability and performance.
  • Design and create product samples and display stands for clients and trade exhibitions.
  • Visit construction sites to oversee product implementation and address any potential technical issues or failures.
  • Execute technical constructions to test and assess building products and systems.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from users and clients to drive continuous product improvements.
  • Deliver technical presentations and seminars to to showcase product capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Production, Procurement, Sales, and Marketing teams to streamline product implementation and market success. 

Requirements

Building Construction
CAD
  •  Hands-on technical background in construction, masonry, or building materials.
  • At least 2 years of experience in construction or related fields.
  • Working knowledge of construction methods, product testing, and on-site applications.
  • Ability to read and apply technical specifications.
  • Basic computer skills; experience with CAD or similar software is a plus.
  • Clear communicator, able to adapt technical language to different audiences. 
  •  Collaborative and proactive team player.
  •  Willing to work in factory, site, and field environments, with occasional travel.
