· Conduct technical feasibility studies for solar panel installations and large-scale solar parks.
· Perform site evaluations, energy yield assessments, and system sizing calculations.
· Ensure compliance with local regulations and grid connection requirements.
2. Project Engineering & System Design
· Utilize AutoCAD, PVsyst, and other engineering tools to design optimal solar energy systems and solar parks.
· Optimize panel orientation, string configurations, and electrical layouts for maximum energy efficiency.
· Design medium-voltage (MV) and high-voltage (HV) grid connections where required.
3. Installation & Construction Supervision
- Oversee the installation and construction of solar PV systems and solar parks, ensuring adherence to:
- Technical specifications
- Safety protocols
- Project timelines
- Work alongside civil engineers, project managers, and site technicians to coordinate construction phases and resolve technical issues.
4. Team Coordination & Project Management
· Supervise subcontractors and in-house teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
· Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are met within budget and deadlines.
· Conduct quality control inspections and ensure compliance with electrical safety standards.
5. Regulatory Compliance & Safety Management
· Ensure projects adhere to local energy regulations, permitting requirements, and environmental guidelines.
· Conduct risk assessments and enforce worksite safety protocols to protect workers and ensure regulatory compliance.
6. Client & Supplier Communication
· Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide technical recommendations.
· Work with suppliers and procurement teams to source high-quality solar panels, inverters, and electrical components.
