The Advocacy Community Manager is a pivotal role focused on developing and executing impactful community creator programs. This includes building and nurturing authentic relationships with creators, influencers, KOLs, and consumer advocates in the beauty space to drive meaningful advocacy and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Community Program Management: Design and manage creator loyalty programs, including training, compliance, content creation, adoption strategies, and active engagement with online communities.
  • Creator & Advocate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, influencers, KOLs, and consumer advocates by focusing on recruitment, retention, and enhanced collaboration across social media and online platforms.
  • Content & UGC Strategy: Collaborate with creators to produce authentic content aligned with brand goals. Develop initiatives like contests and challenges to encourage and leverage user-generated content (UGC) across channels.
  • Gifting and Seeding: Coordinate efficient product gifting and seeding programs to strengthen creator advocacy and engagement.
  • Performance Measurement: Track and analyze metrics such as engagement, reach, sales impact, and ROI to assess campaign success and refine future strategies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration & Trend Monitoring: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of programs and stay updated on trends in influencer marketing, social media, and community management, sharing insights to enhance strategies.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in community management, influencer marketing, or social media management, preferably within an agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of the creator economy, social media landscape, and online community dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making and performance analysis.
