MARNET provides services to various public and private entities and organizations in Greece, while it has also undertaken projects in Cyprus, Montenegro, Albania, Algeria, Saudi Arabia and UAE.

Responsibilities

Daily supervision and coordination of on-site construction activities to ensure work is executed according to project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
Lead, organize, and monitor construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow and adherence to timelines.
Manage and coordinate all project documentation.
Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders and internal teams to provide regular project updates and promptly address issues or deviations.
Monitor project progress, costs, and resources, ensuring budget alignment and proposing corrective actions when needed.
Facilitate negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring alignment with project requirements and contractual obligations.
Prepare progress reports and documentation for management and stakeholders.

Master's degree in Civil Engineering
4+ years of experience in Project or Construction Management, preferably in port, road, or building projects.
Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
