ΝΑΙRealAct is seeking a highly motivated professional to join the Valuation & Advisory team as a Junior Valuer.
Preparation of property valuations
Support the drafting of client presentations, valuation reports and supporting documentation
Perform market research
Liaise with external stakeholders for data collection and clarifications
Ensure compliance with valuation standards and internal procedures
University Graduate in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Surveying Engineering, Finance / Economics or related fields. A postgraduate degree is considered a plus.
1+ years of relevant professional experience
Strong communication, analytical and organization skills.
Excellent command of the Greek and English language; written, verbal & presentation skills.
Development within a team with top experts across multiple professional fields.
Involvement in the valuation and appraisal of some of the country’s landmark real estate projects.
