Responsibilities
System Design involvement starting from the early stages of the project.
Hierarchy definition and design partitioning in complex, embedded processing systems targeting SoC or high-end FPGAs.
Full design flow starting from RTL development and up to final integration and testing on H/W.
Design for Testing and Reusability.
IP-based design flow particularly in conformance with the latest Vivado/Vitis System Design suites and guidelines from AMD (Xilinx).
Complex debugging and trouble-shooting cases through H/W and S/W boundaries in SoC based designs.
Collaboration with Software Embedded, Software DSP and RF/Antenna engineers to design and validate Software Defined Radio systems.
Requirements

Engineering
University Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications or related discipline.
Digital design and FPGA development using VHDL (or Verilog).
Experience/familiarity with AMD (Xilinx) FPGAs and tools (ISE and VIVADO).
Experience/familiarity with Mentor’s ModelSim/QuestaSim.
Familiarity and hands-on experience with digital electronic measurements (using Oscilloscopes, Logic Analysers) and troubleshooting in digital logic circuits.
Strong verbal and written communication skills both in English and Greek.
Fulfilled military obligations for male candidates.
2+ years of proven/working experience in FPGA Design Flow targeting medium to high scale devices (FPGAs and SoCs).
