Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team to support in the selection of real estate assets and preparation of financial models and business plans for the execution of development/refurbishment projects.
Main focus is to provide Refurbishment/Development services with the aim of safeguarding Real Estate value or value-add initiatives for granular portfolio of assets or large commercial real estate, targeting capital appreciation and optimised rental income. Range of services include: business plans, development management, construction management/monitoring, and asset commercialization (rental and sales).
