o University degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Management Science and Technology, or related field; a postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline will be considered a strong asset.
o At least (3) three years of professional experience in business systems analysis or development/ERP support and systems integrations; prior experience in the shipping industry will be considered an advantage.
o Advanced SQL and Excel skills are essential.
o Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.
o Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
o Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders, in both Greek and English.
o Ability to manage multiple operational and project priorities in a dynamic environment.
