Ogilvy seeks to recruit a Social Media Specialist to join its award-winning team,
supporting content implementation, performance analysis and community engagement
for high-profile clients across social media platforms.
Reporting to the Account Director and the Social Media team, the successful
candidate will contribute to the execution of social-first strategies and campaigns.
They will collaborate with internal teams to ensure content is published accurately
and on time, while monitoring performance and identifying opportunities to improve
engagement and results.
The role is ideal for someone passionate about digital communication who is eager to
grow within a fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of social media content and campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor social media performance and assist in preparing reports and insights based on analytics and audience feedback.
  • Support community management and audience engagement, responding to comments and messages when needed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely publishing of content.
  • Track trends and best practices in social media to support content optimization.
  •  Assist in the preparation of presentations and performance summaries for internal and client teams.

  • Passion for Social Media & Digital Communication.
  •  1–2 years of relevant experience in social media management, content publishing or digital communication.
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X).
  •  Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
  • Experience with social media management or listening tools (e.g. Emplifi, Sprinklr, Brandwatch or similar) will be considered a plus.
  •  Ability to collaborate with Account, Creative and Production teams.
  •  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related
field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  •  Fluency in written and spoken English.
