A Scrum Master enables agile teams to deliver value by coaching Agile practices, facilitating collaboration, and removing impediments.

Enable and coach 1–2 Scrum teams to excel through Agile values and practices
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, fostering transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Partner closely with Product Owners to ensure a healthy, prioritized backlog
Track and share Agile metrics to improve delivery, quality, and team performance
Identify and remove impediments by collaborating across teams and stakeholders
Support Agile maturity by coaching stakeholders and working closely with other Scrum Masters

2+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner in Agile environments
Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile frameworks, beyond ceremonies and tools
Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
A coaching mindset, focused on empowerment, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Ability to adapt to change and keep teams focused and engaged
Fluency in Greek and English
