KLT Properties is a property development company that brings 50 years of experience in construction and luxury property development in the United Kingdom, the Middle East, Africa, Cyprus and Greece. We are currently looking for a motivated Construction Project Coordinator to act as the key link between construction sites and the office.

Responsibilities

Act as the main point of coordination between site teams, engineers, and management
Monitor project progress and ensure timelines are met
Collect, consolidate, and communicate on-site information to the office
Support the preparation and management of project documentation
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors, procurement
Identify and resolve day-to-day project issues

Mechanical Engineering

Degree in Engineering
1–3 years of experience in construction sites or project coordination
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Good command of English
