Collaborate closely with Business Units to define and deliver BI and reporting requirements
Design and develop impactful, dynamic dashboards and data visualizations
Transform complex data into clear, actionable insights using modern BI tools
Optimize dashboard performance and underlying data structures
Gather and document data integration and reporting requirements (both recurring and ad-hoc)
Track and analyze KPIs and financial performance metrics
Validate BI outputs against financial data to ensure accuracy and reliability

Data Analysis

Financial Reporting

A degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, or a related quantitative field (Master’s degree will be considered an advantage)
At least 1 year of experience in Business Intelligence and reporting tools (Power BI, DAX)
Solid knowledge of SQL (Python is a plus)
Basic understanding of financial metrics, KPIs, and P&L concepts
Ability to translate business needs into analytical solutions and reports
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
A proactive mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Experience with Power Apps or Azure Functions will be considered a plus
