Contribute to the content and social media strategy, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives
Support the development of content pillars, narratives, and formats across social media, blogs, and landing pages
Help build and execute the integrated content calendar, ensuring consistency and timely delivery
Act as a brand guardian across all content, maintaining a consistent tone of voice and messaging
Translate brand and campaign strategies into clear, actionable content briefs and collaborate with creative teams on content production
Create, edit, and publish engaging daily social content while supporting campaigns, activations, and community engagement initiatives
Monitor content and social performance, derive insights, and continuously optimize content based on trends and business goals
Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas for campaigns and content while staying on top of social and digital trends

Social Media Marketing

Web Content Management

Bachelor’s degree or MBA in marketing, communications or a related field
2 years of experience in social media and/or content creation within a corporate or agency environment
Knowledge and hands-on use of all major social media platforms
Photo and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, TikTok, etc.) is considered a plus
Experience in retail would be preferrable
Fluency in MS Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content across different channels
